New updates for GroupCamp account administrators
We have made released significant new changes in our latest update.
In order to ease the project creation process especially for new GroupCamp users, you will now be directed into a project once the project name is submitted. In the upper right corner of an account, you can access our project settings without leaving the project.
These updates come after recent improvements to the project Members tab where we have made it easier to add and remove users and companies from a project. For accounts in plans Best and Max, by clicking on the cogged wheel icon Administrators can now easily assign Manager privileges to project members. Those Managers will use the same setting page to access application settings.
If you are an Administrator of a project without being a member of that project (Yes, this is actually possible with GroupCamp!) you will still be able to access the Project App in the Admin section by using the same settings button.
Finally, and this should come as good news to many, you can, for each project, set the 2 following settings:
- decide whether a project should use private items
- choose the time measurement unit for restimated time on a task or time records in the Timelog App
